How long does shipping take?
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location within Nigeria. Lagos orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch, while other states may take 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking update once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free delivery on orders over ₦25,000. We're working to expand our free shipping threshold as we grow.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We want you to love every RareAura product. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened cosmetics — but please reach out and we'll find a solution that works for you.
